- We do not provide refunds for products that are available and have been successfully ordered.
- If a product is unavailable, we will offer a similar replacement. If you do not wish to accept the replacement, a refund will be processed through the original payment method (GPay, PayTM, or Net Banking).

- The refund process will start 8 hours after order placement, with the amount being refunded within 2 hours thereafter by our accounts team.

Return Policy
Defective Products
- We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective product, you must raise a concern within 24 hours of receiving it.

- If deemed defective, we will initiate the return process and dispatch a replacement product.
Return Process & Charges
If you receive a defective product, you are required to return it to the address provided by our support team. The courier charges for returning the defective product will be borne by us. Upon approval of the return, we will arrange a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs as per our policy.

- The return process takes approximately 15 days from the time the defective product issue is raised.
- Receiving the replacement product through logistics typically takes around 5 working days.
